We are so happy to welcome AJ Knowles back to Solstice Day Spa for group sound bath experiences.
Come together to support each other along our individual healing journeys. This ceremony will begin setting and sharing our intentions. We will then participate in a brief meditation before being immersed in the healing sounds of the crystal bowls amplified within a crystal grid. As we become enveloped, the healing sounds will facilitate a deep state of peace that will allow us to send our intentions into the universe to manifest and then anchor them into our bodies so that the results become tangible.
AJ began working with energy as a teenager and has been developing healing abilities ever since. Continuous studies have led AJ to help people who are looking to release what is not serving them, to recognize the blessings they have, and to empower them to take confident steps forward in life.
Instructor’s Certifications:
Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Tarot Reader.

Time: 11:00am. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to settle in. Late arrivals will not be permitted entrance or refunds.
Length: 90 minutes
Reservation: Call 508- 775-7400. (15 guest maximum per event.)
Cost: $50 per guest. $25 deposit will be taken at booking.
Location: Solstice Day Spa @ 408 Main Street Spa Level, Hyannis, Ma 02601.
What to bring: Each participant should bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket(s) for maximum comfort.
Parking: Main Street Parallel Parking or South Street Public Parking lot. Please come in Solstice’s Front door entrance on Main Street, Hyannis.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hrs prior to event date. If you need to cancel your participation, please call us at 508 -775-7400. Any reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. If you or someone in your household is sick, or have been exposed to or have tested positive for Covid within 7 days prior to the start of the event, please cancel your reservation immediately.
