Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A short intake form will need to filled out prior to massage and facial services. Updated ones will be needed if you haven't seen us in the past three years. You may download the forms below or we will have one at the reception desk for you to fill out at your arrival.
Late arrivals will receive the time remaining in their appointment.
Entrance: Please use Main Street Door to enter our business, if you have appointments before 10 am and after 6 pm. North Street entrance is available while our neighboring restaurants and retail stores are open.
Wear comfortable clothing to facilitate changing into spa garb. If you’re coming from work, bring comfy clothes to go home in. We are not responsible for possible damage or loss.
Cell phones: To preserve the Zen for all guests please silence your phone upon arrival.
Alcohol is not recommended before or permitted during your spa visit. Visit one of our neighboring bistros after your spa treatment for the perfect ending to your spa day!
NO Vaping/Smoking is allowed inside our business.
Cancelation Policy: A 24 hour notice is needed to avoid being fully charged for missed services. All appointments must be secured with a credit card.
*We do not accept appointment scheduling or cancelling via email.

PLEASE do not come in if you even think you may be sick with ANYTHING! Our cancellation policy does not encompass sick cancellations. We appreciate as much notice as you are able to provide if you become ill.
Mask Policy Update: Masks are optional for staff and clients with the exception of services with Laura Johnson. Masks will continue to be provided and if you would like your technician to wear one just ask! We are happy to accommodate.
Child-free environment: For the courtesy of all guests, babies/children are not allowed in the spa and if client comes accompanied with a minor who is not receiving a service, they will be turned away and charged for the scheduled appointment. Solstice is a place where adults come to rest and recharge their batteries. Please make arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Spa without your little ones. Children are not permitted in treatment areas, or left unattended in the lobby.
MINORS: If you are under 18 years of age, please let us know at booking, so we can reserve a room that a guardian can be present with you during your service. Our massage therapists will not work on anyone under 16 years of age. Guardian must accompany child for service in order to sign the waiver. MA state law states: "provide massage therapy services to a client younger than 18 years old only when a responsible adult chaperone is in the room, unless the parent or guardian waives this requirement in writing."
We are handicap accessible. Please inform at booking if you have any special assistance.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.
Gratuities are not included in our pricing and are appreciated. Cash is always preferred or you may add it to your credit card transaction as well
Gift cards are nonrefundable, not valid towards gratuities and may not be redeemed for cash. They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without authorization. They must be present for redemption.
Solstice Day Spa and Solstice North Day Spa gift cards are not interchangeable.
Preloaded Gift Cards- We can not accept Visa Vanilla Gift cards as payment for any services or retail purchases.
Retail Return: A merchandise credit will be issued for products returned within 14 days of purchase, providing products are in their original packaging, and no more than 20% used. Any makeup item is a final sale.
