| Cell phones | Out of respect to all our guests we request that you refrain from making or receiving calls while in the facility | ||
| Punctuality | Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Your session will end on time regardless of how late you start. | ||
| Attire | Jewelry and your finest attire should be left at home as we are not responsible for possible damage or loss. | ||
| Wear comfortable clothing to facilitate changing into spa garb, if you're coming from work, bring comfy clothes to go home in. Bring open toe shoes if you're having a pedicure. | |||
| Cancellation Policy | All appointments must be secured with a credit card. 24 hour notice is needed to avoid being charged for missed services. | ||
| Excessive last minute cancellations and 'no shows' will result in the prepayment of services for future appointments. | |||
| Children | As much as we love kids, the spa is not the place for them. please arrange for outside childcare during the time of your visit, or we may not be able to provide your service. you'll enjoy your visit more. | ||
