Entrance/Parking Advisory:
Please use our Main Street entrance for all appointments prior to 10 am and after 6 pm. Parking is available on South Street/Town Hall parking lot (6hr max) or parallel park on Main Street (2hr max)
UPON ARRIVAL:
When you arrive please text us 774-487- 6506 with your name and service to alert us that you are here. PLEASE note this is a CHECK IN ARRIVAL number ONLY not the same phone number from appointment reminder text. Save 774-487- 6506 to your contacts as Solstice Check in.
We will text you back when it is your turn to enter the facility. You may not enter until we have confirmed with you that it is your turn.
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
We will never rush your appointment time but please keep in mind our next guests cannot enter until the previous guests have exited and a full sanitation has occurred. We are all doing our best to navigate with the new rules, please be patient and kind. We are doing the best we can with what we are required to do by law.
Before your appointment, let us know your retail wish list and we will try to have it on hand for your visit.

- All clients will sign in at our front desk denying any Flu/Covid like symptoms or recent contact with a person diagnosed with Covid-19.
- You will be required to wash your hands upon arrival and wear a face covering during all your services, unless instructed otherwise by your service provider during a facial or face waxing.
- If you are coming with a friend, they must be receiving a service. We are not permitted to have guests without appointments.
- Beverage service and reading material will no longer be available, please bring a water bottle with you!
- Please, whenever possible remain 6’ apart from other patrons.
- PLEASE do not come in if you even think you may be sick with ANYTHING! Our cancellation policy does not encompass sick cancellations. All sick cancellations will be eligible for re-booking a minimum of 2 weeks from cancelled appointment.
- Plan ahead! Payment can be processed by the credit card you provided and approved to secure your appointment. You may pay by cash with the exact amount only, no change will be available.
- Cash gratuities for exact amount given directly to your technician are our preferred method. You may also directly VENMO your technician.
